Aero Stackable Dining Chair

A single-shell polypropylene side chair, injection-molded in one piece with no fasteners, seams, or joinery to fail. Built for hospitality terraces, quick-service restaurants, conference centers, and pool-deck installations where the chair has to survive UV, salt air, and end-of-shift pressure-washing. Stackable, dimensionally stable across temperature swings, and color-integral — pigment is compounded into the resin, not surface-applied, so chips and scuffs don't telegraph wear.
Resin is GRS-certified recycled polypropylene, sourced from end-of-life appliance streams and ocean-recovered plastic waste, with third-party traceability through Intertek. Flame-retardant and antibacterial compounds are available as resin upgrades for healthcare, education, and high-density public assembly specifications — both pass through to LEED MR and WELL material credits.
